CP Senior Living (“CPSL”), based in Dallas, Texas, is a developer, owner and operator of assisted living and memory care facilities. Its facilities are currently located in Texas and Alabama, but we are continually evaluating and pursuing expansion opportunities throughout the Southern United States. CPSL’s facilities primarily operate under the brand Country Place Senior Living.
Additionally, CPSL welcomes opportunities to expand its facility development and third-party facility management businesses.
CPSL is led by a seasoned team of aged-care, real estate, and financial services professionals.
