CPSL was founded with a mission – to provide the highest level of aged-care services to rural and secondary markets. Our residents and their families are at the heart of everything we do. Every detail in planning, every facet of operations, even the color of paint used on crown molding – it’s all done to enrich the lives our of residents.
With locations across Texas and Alabama, CPSL and its subsidiaries are based in Dallas, Texas. Collectively, the group owns, develops and manages assisted living and memory care residences. Additionally, CPSL provides business management services for third party businesses engaged in assisted living and senior care residences and operations.

Aged-Care Facility Development and Branding: Services provided through CP Texas Construction, LLC (a subsidiary of CPSL). CPSL has developed and owns 12 operating assisted living facilities, 1 memory care facility, and land for future expansion
Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility Management: Services provided through CP Assisted Living Management LLC. Facilities operate under the brand name “Country Place Senior Living.”
