Andrew Oksner
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Oksner has directed the overall management and strategy of CPSL, and its assets, since 2017.  

He is a highly experienced real estate operations executive, fund manager, and investment banker who has closed sizable and complex equity and debt transactions while working for Bear Stearns, Mitsui & Co., and Orion Partners.  He has acted in a senior consulting role to both GE Real Estate and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

His involvement in senior care commenced in 2007 when he raised $350 million of institutional capital, and was Portfolio Manager, for two funds that became the largest independent owner of senior care assets in Japan.

Mr. Oksner holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.

Tammy Lenamond Tharp
Director of Operations

Ms. Tharp oversees the staff responsible for the operations of CPSL's owned and managed communities.

Ms. Tharp has been an integral part of the CPSL team since 2014.  She has consistently achieved operational results through team-oriented leadership, innovative marketing, and the ability to establish and grow customer and resident relationships. She also continually earns the trust of residents and families alike through her expertise, compassion, and dedication to excellence in every aspect of senior care.

Ms. Tharp attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and has a Texas Assisted Living Manager license.

Sean R. Broadbent
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Broadbent has directed all aspects of CPSL's corporate, and asset operational finances, since 2017. 

His background is deeply rooted in corporate accounting, finance, and business leadership, boasting over 25 years of experience with an emphasis on middle-market companies.  He began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young and progressed to hold roles in financial planning and analysis, controller, and finance director at divisions within Novell, Inc., and Raytheon Inc.  He has served as Chief Financial Officer for Parkway Construction and Architecture, and most recently, for Sunbelt Modular, Inc.

Mr. Broadbent holds a BS and Master of Accounting degrees from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business.  He is a licensed certified public accountant.

Rusty Prentice
Senior Vice President and Head of Development & New Business

Mr. Prentice directs all aspects of CPSL's new developments as well as new business development.  He has been with CPSL, and its asset successor companies for over 10 years.  He has an extensive background in real estate development and business management.  Mr. Prentice began his career with IDS Engineering in Houston.  He advanced within IDS to the top design role as the Statewide Design Manager for all commercial development in Texas.

Mr. Prentice then joined Kimley-Horn in 2010 as a Civil Engineer and worked with various Fortune 500 clients.  

Mr. Prentice holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Engineering and a Business Foundation Certification from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
