Bryant Stone
Managing Director
Tor Investment Mgmt.

Mr. Stone is Managing Director at Tor Investment Management, a privately owned alternative asset manager focusing on Asia-Pacific markets, and has been with the firm since 2016.  He is currently Chairman of the Board at The LYCRA Company and Baccarat, roles he has held since June 2022 and April 2021, respectively.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Stone spent over 14 years at GE Capital, where he held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Risk Officer.  His tenure at GE Capital spanned significant responsibilities across both US and global markets.  His roles involved oversight of leveraged finance, restructuring, and risk management.

Mr. Stone was born and raised in Texas.  He holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Boston University.

Steven Vick

Mr. Vick is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Senior Living,  where he has utilized over 15 years of experience to become a recognized leader and innovator in the assisted living industry.

Previously, Mr. Vick was President and CEO of Assisted Living Concepts from 2002 to 2005, where he led the company's expansion to 177 residences across 14 states and its subsequent sale.  He co-founded Sterling House Corporation in 1991, which merged with Alterra Healthcare in 1997 to form one of the largest assisted living operations in the U.S., with 450 residences.

Mr. Vick holds BBA from Wichita State University and is a specialized healthcare CPA.  He serves as a board member of the American Senior Housing Association and chairs the Assisted Living Federation of America.

Timothy Dragelin
Senior Managing Director

Mr. Dragelin is co‐leader of FTI’s Healthcare Restructuring practice and leads the healthcare interim management initiatives.  He has provided advisory services to companies and various stakeholders throughout business life cycle in several industries for more than 30 years.

Mr. Dragelin’s experience includes in- and out-of-court restructuring, turnaround consultation, interim management (serving as CEO, CFO, CRO and PMO), creditor advisory, due diligence, sell‐side mandates, valuation, process improvement, forensic investigations and litigation advisory.   He previously served in the financial advisory services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capital One Financial, in both financial and sales positions.

Mr. Dragelin holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Dan Danelo
Principal Consultant
EAC Advising, Inc.

Mr. Danelo has had extensive and successful career in the financial services sectors.  He has held a variety of financial positions, and operated from different perspectives while serving medium to large size private companies.  Among those roles is Sunrise Retirement Assisted Living Industries, where he was Acting CFO from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Danelo is a principal at EAC Advising where he acts as a consultant to companies on bank related issues.  He was a Vice President of Finance at Mission City Management, and began his finance career at Chase Bank.

Mr. Danelo holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University.  He is a U.S. Navy veteran with an honorable discharge.
